Young Bavarian Cuisine!
A new, modern style of Bavarian cuisine – interpreted by our Executive Chef Anzon Pozeg, awarded 1 Michelin star – will be served at the Schwarzreiter Restaurant as 4-, 5- or 7-course menus. You can create your very own menu from two frequently changing ones – a journey through the world of Bavarian cooking as you have never experienced it before.
As for your wine choice, we present you with a comprehensive list which focuses on German, Austrian and French wines. Our sommelier, Andrej Grunert, will be delighted to assist you in finding the right one.
