Straightforward or in love with detail, always light and freshly cooked: Young Bavarian Cuisine by chef Maike Menzel focuses on Bavarian and regional products. In every dish you will encounter a component of Bavaria – whether as the main element, in the way it is prepared or in the side dish. Schwarzreiter Fisch was, by the way, King Ludwig’s favourite dish, whose father, King Maximilian II, had the Four Seasons built in 1858.
